David staunchly defends the constitutional right to practice faith peacefully and openly. He recognizes that respecting and celebrating diverse religious bellefs is fundamental to our democratic values, and will represent all District 66 residents regardless of religious affiliation.

David supports responsible gun ownership and believes in upholding the 2nd Amendment. At the same time, he advocates for common-sense measures that safeguard our kids and save lives. Above all, he believes that the status quo of all-too-frequent gun deaths is unacceptable and must change.

David is an unwavering advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and equality. He is committed to protecting Texans from discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
